TERMS OF SERVICE // MANIFEST ACQUISITION PROTOCOLS

1. OVERVIEW & ARTIFACT CLASSIFICATION

This platform is operated by Point Five Press LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Point Five Press LLC. All goods, assemblies, components, and items made available via this network are classified strictly as limited-edition mechanical artifacts, high-precision assemblies, and industrial collectors' items for private research and engineering appreciation.

By accessing this network and/or submitting an acquisition request, you (“the operator”) agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and protocols.

2. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY & COMPLIANCE

The operator assumes absolute and sole responsibility for understanding, verifying, and complying with all local, state, national, and international laws or regulations regarding the acquisition, importation, and possession of precision mechanical compression assemblies within their specific jurisdiction. Point Five Press LLC assumes zero liability for artifacts seized, restricted, or penalized due to localized regulatory frameworks.

3. ALLOCATION & RESERVATION MATRIX

Submission of digital coordinates via the Acquisition Priority Form or execution of a pre-order reservation constitutes a formal Allocation Request for Batch 001 production. These requests are subject to manufacturing capacities, raw material verification, and serialized queuing. Point Five Press LLC reserves the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any allocation request at our sole discretion.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATENTS

All mechanical geometries, internal bore configurations, micron tolerance schemas, logo handstyles, and structural designs displayed on pointfivepress.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Point Five Press LLC and are fully protected under active patent and trademark registration. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, CAD replication, or distribution of technical data is strictly prohibited.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

In no event shall Point Five Press LLC, our operators, or our manufacturing partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the possession, assembly, or mechanical deployment of our artifacts.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you mechanical artifacts or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
